If you?re looking for meaningful work, a supportive team, and a schedule that respects your life outside of work, we would love to meet you. *About the Role* You will work with children aged 2-18 years, supporting their communication development while partnering closely with families and school teams. This position offers variety, autonomy, and clinical support *Your Role at Aspire* · Support neurodivergent children through consultation, assessment, and intervention · Build capacity with parents, teachers, and school staff · Provide support to children to strengthen cognitive, behavioural, learning, social, and mental health skills within home, school, and community contexts · Develop individual program plans and support implementation · Provide practical, strength-based strategies to promote child development · Complete standardized assessments, screening tools, and written reports · Collaborate with families and educational teams to support identified goals · Deliver direct therapy when appropriate *Your Strengths and Experience * · Experience working with schools and families to support the development of children?s cognitive, behavioural, learning, social, and mental health skills · Knowledge of best practices and current research, particularly related to autism spectrum disorder · Excellent organizational and time management skills · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic workload · Willingness to contribute to the growth of the team · Excellent knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office 365 and database applications *Qualifications* · Registered psychologist in Alberta, or eligible for registration · Valid driver?s license and access to a vehicle · Experience working with neurodivergent children (experience level flexible ? mentorship available) *Schedule and Work Environment* * Permanent part-time, with opportunity to grow into full-time * Flexible Monday to Friday schedule * Christmas break and spring break off * Reduced summer hours, with ongoing regular pay * Aspire operates 8:30-4:30, Monday to Friday Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $52.60-$66.63 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Company pension * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
