Résumé du poste

Avalon Health | Greater Victoria, BC Avalon Health is building a different kind of healthcare clinic in Greater Victoria, and we’re looking for physiotherapists who want to be part of it. We are a new, physician-led interdisciplinary clinic bringing family physicians, nurse practitioners, medical specialists and allied health professionals together under one roof. Our goal is simple: make it easier for practitioners to work together and easier for patients to receive connected, coordinated care. We’re currently looking for physiotherapists to join our growing team. The Opportunity At Avalon, we want you to be able to come to work and be a physiotherapist. Our team takes care of the administrative demands of running a practice so you can focus your time and energy on assessing, treating and supporting your patients. You’ll have the independence to manage your clinical practice while being part of a larger interdisciplinary team, with opportunities for collaboration, shared care and professional connection. You’ll also be joining us in a brand-new clinic designed to support both practitioners and patients, with modern treatment spaces and the infrastructure needed to build a thriving practice. What Your Practice Could Look Like There isn’t one type of physiotherapy practice at Avalon. Our physiotherapy services will grow alongside the clinic and in response to the needs of the patients and community we serve. Your caseload may include traditional outpatient physiotherapy, musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, post-hospital and post-ICU rehabilitation, and other areas of practice based on your clinical interests and expertise. As Avalon grows, we also see opportunities to develop interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs, group-based services and patient education that bring together physiotherapy with physicians, specialists and other allied health professionals. We’re intentionally leaving room for our services to evolve. If you have an area of physiotherapy you’re passionate about, an idea for a program you’ve always wanted to build, or see a need in the community that isn’t being met, we want to hear about it. You’ll have the opportunity to build your own clinical practice while also helping shape what physiotherapy can become at Avalon. What Avalon Provides A brand-new interdisciplinary healthcare clinic in Greater Victoria Modern clinical and treatment space Administrative and reception support Scheduling and practice-management support Billing and payment administration Marketing and support in building your caseload Opportunities for referrals and collaboration across the Avalon team Flexibility in building your schedule and practice Opportunities to help shape physiotherapy services as the clinic grows Extended health benefits for eligible practitioners working 20 or more hours per week Compensation Compensation will be discussed with selected candidates and will be competitive with current private-practice physiotherapy compensation in Greater Victoria. We offer flexible practice arrangements and are interested in finding a structure that reflects your experience, clinical interests, schedule and the role you would like to build at Avalon. Eligible practitioners working 20 or more hours per week will also have access to extended health benefits. Who We’re Looking For You are a registered physiotherapist, or eligible for registration, in British Columbia and are excited about providing excellent patient care in a collaborative environment. You may be an experienced clinician looking for a fresh way to practise, or someone earlier in your career who wants the support and professional connection of a larger interdisciplinary team. We’re also interested in meeting physiotherapists with different clinical interests and areas of expertise. As our team grows, we want the physiotherapy services at Avalon to reflect both the strengths of our practitioners and the needs of our community. Most importantly, you value excellent care, good people and the opportunity to practise in an environment where collaboration is genuinely part of how the clinic works. Come Build With Us Avalon is new, and that’s part of what makes this opportunity exciting. You won’t be stepping into a clinic where everything has been done the same way for the last 20 years. You’ll be joining a team that is intentionally building a thoughtful, connected model of care and creating a workplace where great practitioners can build a practice and do their best work. If that sounds like the kind of practice you’ve been looking for, we’d love to meet you. Apply through LinkedIn or visit Avalon Health to learn more about joining our team.
