Career advancement opportunity!!! BodyWorks Physiotherapy is hiring an experienced Physiotherapist for our Brimley location, with a possible move to Clinic Director for the right candidate. Mandarin or Cantonese is a major asset in this community — and acupuncture training is especially valuable here— but what we’re really hiring for is leadership and experience! This is not an associate role. This is for a proven clinician who wants to potentially run a clinic, build a team, and grow something meaningful. We are looking for someone who wants to lead this clinic like it’s theirs — and be rewarded like it’s theirs. Signing bonus available with a minimum two-year commitment. Clinic Overview Brimley already has a strong foundation: Chiropractor Physiotherapist Registered Massage Therapist Dedicated Front Desk Support Now we want the right physio to take it to the next level. Our goal is simple: Build this into a $1M+ flagship clinic in Scarborough. Key Responsibilities As a Physiotherapist/Clinic Director you will: Lead the clinical culture and day-to-day standards Manage and grow your own physiotherapy caseload Mentor and support clinicians and staff Drive retention, referrals, and community trust Recruit and expand the team over time Collaborate across physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy Help scale the clinic into its next chapter This is a builder role — not a maintenance role. Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Fully licensed / independent practice status required 2+ years of clinical experience strongly preferred Leadership or mentorship experience is a major asset Mandarin or Cantonese is a significant advantage Acupuncture certification or advanced manual therapy training is a strong asset, particularly for the patient population we serve in Scarborough Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Benefits: Casual dress Company events Relocation assistance Experience: Fully Licensed PT : 2 years (preferred) Language: Mandarin/Cantonese (required) Work Location: In person
