COMPASS integrates provides assessment and treatment for individuals using substances with concurrent mental health concerns. COMPASS integrates provides assessment and treatment for individuals using substances with concurrent mental health concerns. This includes the provision of medical and non-medical interventions within our Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Clinic (RAAM), Fit-In Clinic, outpatient withdrawal management (day detox) and larger COMPASS programs. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and contributing to multi-disciplinary treatment plans that will involve liaising with other services, community agencies, and practitioners to coordinate and deliver care for clients in an efficient and safe manner. Exigences

Candidates must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario and possess a current B.C.L.S. certificate with at least two years of nursing experience. Experience in addiction medicine is required, and preference is given to those with a B.Sc.N or CNA certification in psychiatric/mental health nursing.
