We offer a great wage and benefits. *Job Overview* As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by providing compassionate, reliable, and professional care within their homes. *Responsibilities* * Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support * Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed * Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols * Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to ensure a safe and tidy environment * Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary * Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being * Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to supervising nurses or care coordinators *Experience* * Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is highly preferred but not necessary Currently 12 hour shifts available about 15 minutes east of Clarenville. Other areas require workers as well. From Bonavista - Clarenville - Sunnyside and areas in between.
