Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans while providing leadership and guidance to personal care staff. Assist in the orientation and training of new team members to ensure high standards of care.

Must hold current registration with the provincial College of Nurses and possess strong communication and critical thinking skills. Candidates are required to maintain competencies according to governing standards and provide a recent Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening.
