Reporting to the Director Kivalliq Health Centre, the Nurse Manager Inpatient Services is responsible for providing leadership, direction and support to the general duty nurses, nursing support staff. The incumbent works with nursing staff to provide professional nursing services in an inpatient setting but with a community approach to all community members, as individuals, families, and groups. Exigences
Requires a Bachelor or Diploma in Nursing with five years of clinical experience in inpatient services and two years of management experience. Candidates must be eligible for registration with CANNN and pass a criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
