Make a Difference The Pre/post/PACU Registered Nurse at the Community Surgery Center in Noblesville, IN, will be responsible for performing direct patient care postoperatively as part of a surgical care team. Assessing, documenting and managing postoperative pain. Assessing airway adequacy and intervening quickly and appropriately when necessary. Cardiac monitoring and interpretation. Must demonstrate understanding and knowledge of all phases of recovery nursing principles and expectations. Exceptional Skills And Qualifications The Pre/post/PACU Registered Nurse will possess strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills. Will demonstrate ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task. Will be able to take direction well but also be self-directed and motivated. Will possess a high degree of responsibility, responsiveness. Graduate of NLN, ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing, or three years related professional nursing experience. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification within one year of employment. Minimum of two years of acute care RN experience Must be available to work on Friday.

Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Indiana with at least two years of acute care experience. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS within one year of employment.
