Location: Cozad, NE Pay: $2,092.00 / week Shift: Day Shift About the Role We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in Cozad, NE. In this role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to acute inpatient populations while managing dynamic patient assignments. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, formulate individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes. Administer medications, treatments, and blood products following strict safety protocols. Collaborate closely with physicians, interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and hospital staff. Efficiently document clinical data and nursing notes in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Prioritize care, manage complex workloads, and advocate for patient health and comfort. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program. Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Nebraska (or active Compact/NLC state license). Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required. ACLS or PALS preferred (depending on specific unit placement). Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of recent acute care / Med Surg inpatient experience. Proficiency in EHR documentation and strong critical thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple patient priorities effectively in a travel environment. Exigences
