Position #: 9007663 Expected Start Date: September 27, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Pasqua Hospital City/Town: Regina Department: Emergency Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: November 16, 2026 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Nights, Evenings, Weekends and Stats Number of Hours per Rotation: 149.36 hours per 4 weeks Relief: No Float: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: No Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, the Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Health Authority through the provision of safe quality nursing care to clients. The Clinical Resource Nurse educates, mentors and supports unit staff, promotes patient safety, occupational health and safety and quality improvement on the unit. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience * Experience in leadership * Five (5) years clinical experience in the specific department/area Education * Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) * Graduate from an approved School of Nursing Other Education and Training * Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS) * Other specialty certificates related to the clinical program area as required * Nursing diploma is acceptable Competencies * Critical thinking skills * Leadership skills * Conflict resolution skills Knowledge and Abilities * Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development * Expertise in medical nursing, technical skills, and psychosocial aspects of care * Ability to maintain composure during periods of high stress * Demonstrates ability to accept and implement change * Ability to facilitate teamwork is essential * Ability to do research and apply knowledge related to current best practice * Knowledge in adult education * In-depth knowledge to assess and manage acute and chronically ill patients * Establish and maintain good communication patterns * Ability to foster the skills of other staff members * Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team * Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills. * Judgment to collaboratively plan, implement, & evaluate program dev. activities * Ability to establish, positive interpersonal/consultative relationships * Sound clinical judgement skills. * Ability to be resourceful Other Information * Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) * For more information on the city of Regina please visit https://www.regina.ca/ The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is the largest employer in Saskatchewan, employing more than 45,000 staff in a dynamic healthcare environment. Exigences

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and have at least five years of clinical experience in the relevant department. A Basic Cardiac Life Support certificate and registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan are also required.
