Position #: V38733 Expected Start Date: September 28, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Southeast Integrated Care Centre City/Town: Moosomin Department: Primary Care Sites Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 224 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of work: Field hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: As part of an interdisciplinary team, the Community Mental Health Nurse provides a complex range of screening, triage, assessment, treatment and case management services to an adult community mental health and/or forensic population. The incumbent provides program consultation and co-ordination, evaluation of clinical interventions, clinical supervision, preceptor students in formal clinical practicum, and provides professional and public education regarding mental health issues and resources.
