License/Certifications: Active, unencumbered RN License (Compact/Multi-State preferred) and active BLS/ACLS. Flexibility: A positive, adaptable attitude with a readiness to hit the ground running on day one. Skills: Strong proficiency with major EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and excellent communication skills.
