We’re seeking a Licensed Optician who is passionate about fashion and client experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a premium environment, enjoys a balance of clinical work, patient interaction, and technical precision.
This role blends style, sales, and service - perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, curating and educating clients on the value of high-end eyewear, and working with a vibrant and dynamic team.
We will provide foundational and ongoing training for the right candidate. This would include optics, lens designs, materials, fitting and frame adjustments. You would learn on the job, online, and at in-person training workshops to ensure your success.
What You’ll Do

Warmly greet patients and build strong rapport with clientele to create a welcoming, high-trust experience

Style clients with curated frame and lens selections based on lifestyle and prescription

Educate on premium lens options, coatings, and eyewear solutions

Perform eyewear fittings, adjustments, and minor repairs

Take accurate optical measurements and process orders

Promote multi-pair sales (sun wear, occupational lenses, etc.)

Communicate product value, warranties, and promotions with confidence

Maintain a polished, fashion-forward gallery environment

Assist with merchandising, inventory, and order tracking

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and KPIs

Accurately record and manage patient data in EMR systems

Assist with eyewear coordination, dispensing, and follow-up care

Handle appointment scheduling and patient communications

Support insurance processing and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For

Licensed Optician or experienced optical/medical assistant

Strong understanding of optics and patient eyewear needs
-
Experience in a clinic or optical environment preferred

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting

Team-oriented with a professional, patient-first attitude
