Registered Practical Nurse - Clinical Specialist

Location: Greater Toronto Ontario, Status: Casual Work Schedule: Days and Evenings Hourly Rate: $37.00 - $40.00 Carecor Health Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to support specialty medical clinics in long‑term care homes across the Greater Toronto. This role focuses on assisting with the administration of spasticity medications and providing high‑quality clinical and administrative support to physicians, LTC staff, and residents. We are hiring a part-time Registered Practical Nurse to provide clinic coordination, hands-on clinical assistance, and medical education during specialty spasticity management clinics held within long-term care homes. The ideal candidate brings experience in long-term care and feels confident working both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Support physicians during specialty medical clinics in LTC homes Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and spasticity medication preparation Set up and clean up equipment and resident rooms before and after procedures Maintain and track medical supplies and clinic materials Communicate with LTC staff, physicians, and pharmacy partners to coordinate clinic logistics Provide education and support to residents, families, and LTC staff Complete required documentation and follow infection prevention and control procedures Job Qualifications Our “exemplary standing” with Accreditation Canada is held to the highest regard and is a testament to the fact that we uphold the same hiring standards and patient care delivery as the facilities in which we serve. Current registration as an RPN (or RN) in Sault Ste.
