Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Physiotherapist and releasing patients and and preparing for the next patient.
• Build rapport and handling communications including in-person, over the phone, and email
• Billing to insurance comapnies
• Day to day filing and Maintaining Patient Files.
• Speaking and emailing with ICBC, WSBC, Insurers and other 3rd parties
• Cleaning

Qualifications:

• Computer application proficiency i.e. Word, Excel etc.
• Understand WSBC, ICBC and MSP and associated paperwork and billing (preferred)
• Experience using Jane App will be an asset.

Days: *Monday - Saturday *

Hours: 20 hours/week

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Physiotherapy Assistant (required)
