One Dental is a modern, patient-centred dental clinic located in the heart of downtown Kelowna. Our beautiful, contemporary practice is equipped with the latest technology, offers expanded evening hours, and provides a full range of services—from preventive care and Invisalign to children’s dentistry, root canals, extractions, and hospital‑based care through a unique partnership with Interior Health.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Full‑Time Associate Dentist to join our growing team 4 days per week. This role is ideal for a dentist who values mentorship, modern technology, and a practice culture built on teamwork, communication, and high‑quality patient care.

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages.
- Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on education and prevention.
- Collaborate with a team of dentists, hygienists, and support staff.
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming clinic environment.
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.

- A licensed (or soon‑to‑be licensed) Dentist in British Columbia
- Passionate about high‑quality dentistry and patient experience
- Comfortable working with a diverse patient base

About You:
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
- Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
