What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring excellent communication with the care team
• Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention
• Participate in learning opportunities, skill-building sessions, and mentorship programs offered on-site

What We’re Looking For:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Hospital or clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dedication to ongoing professional development and learning
