Enjoy a 9-5 or a flexible schedule, and plenty of time to enjoy the beauty of North Bay, ON!</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Build rapport with clients by gathering information and listening to and empathizing with their concerns.</li><li>Perform physical examinations and <span class="long-word">diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental</span> procedures that deliver the highest quality care while minimizing patient stress and discomfort.</li><li>Communicate with clients on topics such as pet diagnosis, treatment plans, preventive health care, and nutritional needs.</li><li>Maintain client/patient medical/surgical records and make certain all necessary logs are kept up to date through established protocols.</li><li>Stay current on new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine.</li><li>Present a positive image of the hospital to the professional community and to the public.</li><li>Work in a communicative and collaborative fashion that focuses on team success.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree</li><li>Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Ontario</li><li>Strong clinical and communication skills</li><li>Commitment to high standards of patient care</li><li>Collaborative and team-oriented approach</li><li>Ideally 2 years of experience is an asset, but new graduates are welcome</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation: $100,000 to $150,000 per annum (negotiable, based on experience)</li><li>Up to $20,000 in BONUS potential</li><li>Comprehensive health and dental benefits (available for full-time and part-time roles)</li><li>RRSP matching program</li><li>Paid vacation</li><li>Continuing education support</li><li>Relocation assistance (if applicable, for out of area candidates)</li><li>Flexible scheduling options</li><li>Work life balance: Flexible scheduling options, NO evenings, NO weekends, NO on-call</li></ul><p><s
