Your Role & Responsibilities Clinical Coordination & Patient Support * Coordinate patient appointments, treatment schedules, procedures, and clinical follow-up. * Support patients by responding to inquiries and ensuring a seamless care experience. * Prepare patient charts, consent documentation, and clinical records. * Provide personalized, one-on-one coordination for fertility treatments, testing, and procedures. Clinical Operations * Manage Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, documentation, and data entry. * Coordinate operating room bookings, physician schedules, and external surgical services. * Support compliance documentation and nursing workflows. * Maintain reports, databases, and EMR user access. Team Collaboration * Support the Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary clinical team. * Coordinate nursing and clinical meetings, including agendas and meeting minutes. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and clinic operations. What You Bring to the Team Education * Medical Office Assistant (MOA) Diploma. Experience * Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in a medical or healthcare setting. * Minimum of two (2) years of experience working directly with patients. * Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Skills & Attributes * Exceptional organizational and time management skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Collaborative, compassionate, and patient-focused approach. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
