Role Description The Physiotherapist will provide direct, hands-on assessment and treatment to clients in an on-site clinical setting in Mississauga, ON. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive physical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions such as exercise prescription, manual therapy, and patient education. The role involves monitoring progress, updating clinical notes, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals when appropriate. The Physiotherapist will also educate clients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies. This is a part-time, on-site role that requires consistent availability during scheduled clinic hours and adherence to professional and regulatory standards. Qualifications Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physiotherapist with the appropriate regulatory body in Ontario. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution. Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities, including experience with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. Knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions and rehabilitation techniques. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients, families, and team members. Ability to maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and manage caseloads efficiently. Commitment to ethical practice, client-centered care, and respect for diversity and inclusion. Willingness to participate in continuing education and stay current with professional guidelines and best practices. Previous experience in a private clinic or outpatient setting is an asset but not required.
