Role Description This is a part-time, independent contractor, *Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist* role based in Bradford, ON. Qualifications Licensure and education: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physiotherapist in Ontario; completion of an accredited Physiotherapy degree program. Completion of Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy course Clinical and technical skills: Strong assessment, manual therapy, and rehabilitation planning skills; proficiency in exercise prescription and treatment progression in the area of pelvic floor rehab. Interdisciplinary care: Ability to collaborate effectively with chiropractors, massage therapists, naturopaths, and counsellors to provide integrated patient care. Communication and patient education: Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to explain conditions, treatment plans, and home exercises clearly and compassionately. Professionalism and organization: Strong time-management and documentation skills; comfort working in a busy clinical environment with attention to detail and ethical practice standards. Personal qualities: Empathetic, patient-centered approach; ability to work with individuals and families across all ages, including pediatric and older adult population.

The Physiotherapist will provide pelvic floor rehabilitation services as part of a collaborative healthcare team. They will develop personalized treatment plans and work closely with other health professionals to ensure integrated patient care.

Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physiotherapist in Ontario and have completed an accredited Physiotherapy degree program. Additionally, completion of a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy course is required, along with strong clinical skills and the ability to work with diverse patient populations.
