Job Title: Product Manager Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE) Role Summary: We are seeking a Product Manager with strong Business Analysis experience and Healthcare domain knowledge. The role will focus on defining product requirements and partnering with business stakeholders to support product roadmaps across key healthcare business lines. Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis Healthcare Domain Knowledge Key Responsibilities: Own and develop product requirements aligned with business objectives. Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to define and manage the product roadmap. Work across the following Lines of Business: Focus on end-to-end CRM for Sales/Saves. Medicare: Support Tele-sales initiatives and partner closely with MAI/Field teams. HUB: Engage with HUB Operations leaders and Line of Business owners to own the roadmap and develop requirements across all technology teams. Preferred Experience: Experience working as a Product Manager in the healthcare domain. Strong background in business analysis and requirements gathering. Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.

The Product Manager will own and develop product requirements aligned with business objectives and partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to define and manage the product roadmap. The role involves working across various lines of business, including CRM for Sales/Saves and Medicare initiatives.

Candidates should have strong business analysis experience and knowledge of the healthcare domain. Preferred experience includes working as a Product Manager in healthcare and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
