Principales responsabilités ● Assister le chirurgien lors des chirurgies parodontales, poses d'implants, greffes osseuses, soulèvements de sinus et procédures des tissus mous ● Préparer chaque salle de traitement selon les protocoles standards de la clinique avant chaque patient ● Préparer, stériliser et organiser les instruments selon les protocoles de contrôle des infections ● Prendre des radiographies intra-orales, des images CBCT et des empreintes numériques (scans intra-oraux) au besoin ● Préparer et entretenir les plateaux chirurgicaux et les trousses d'implants ● Anticiper les besoins en instruments et en matériel pendant les interventions et soutenir l'équipe chirurgicale en temps réel ● S'assurer que chaque patient prend connaissance et signe les formulaires de consentement requis avant le traitement ● Fournir aux patients des directives claires pré et post-opératoires et répondre aux questions cliniques courantes ● Tenir à jour les notes cliniques et les dossiers des patients ● Assurer le suivi et la gestion de l'inventaire des fournitures cliniques et chirurgicales ● Veiller au confort du patient pendant les interventions Exigences ● Diplôme d'un programme reconnu d'assistance dentaire (DEP ou équivalent) ● Certification/adhésion valide selon les exigences du Québec ● À l'aise dans un environnement chirurgical/implantaire ● Très organisée, minutieuse et calme sous pression ● Bilingue (français et anglais) ● Excellent esprit d'équipe et bonnes relations avec les patients au fauteuil ● Capacité à travailler dans un environnement clinique rapide tout en assurant la confidentialité des patients Atouts ● Expérience en assistance parodontale, chirurgie buccale ou implantologie ● Expérience avec le logiciel de gestion Dentitek ● Certification RCR/premiers soins à jour Ce que nous offrons ● Salaire compétitif selon l'expérience ● Formation continue et mentorat ● Une équipe collégiale spécialisée en parodontie et implantologie, dans une clinique moderne ● Possibilités d'avancement au sein d'une clinique en croissance Rémunération : 22–28 $ de l'heure, selon l'expérience Comment postuler Veuillez faire parvenir votre curriculum vitae ainsi qu'une courte lettre de présentation à clinic@mperio.ca, en indiquant le titre du poste en objet, ou répondre directement à cette offre d'emploi. Our expertise includes most surgical procedures involving the oral cavity, with a strong emphasis on precise, advanced placement of dental implants. Key Responsibilities ● Provide chairside assisting during periodontal surgery, implant placement, bone grafting, sinus lifts, and soft-tissue procedures ● Set up each treatment room according to standard clinic protocols before every patient ● Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments according to infection control protocols ● Take intraoral radiographs, CBCT scans, and intraoral scans as needed ● Set up and maintain surgical trays and implant kits ● Anticipate instrument and material needs during procedures and support the surgical team in real time ● Ensure every patient reviews and signs the required consent forms prior to treatment ● Provide patients with clear pre- and post-operative instructions and answer routine clinical questions ● Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient charts ● Track and manage inventory of clinical and surgical supplies ● Monitor patient comfort throughout procedures Requirements ● Diploma from a recognized dental assisting program (DEP or equivalent) ● Certification/membership in good standing as required by Quebec regulations ● Comfortable and confident in a surgical/implant setting ● Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and calm under pressure ● Bilingual (French and English) ● Strong team player with excellent chairside manner ● Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and maintain patient confidentiality Nice to Have ● Prior experience assisting with periodontal, oral surgery, or implant procedures ● Experience with Dentitek practice management software ● Current CPR/first aid certification What We Offer ● Competitive salary based on experience ● Ongoing clinical/administrative training and mentorship ● A collegial, specialty-focused team in a modern periodontics and implantology practice ● Opportunities for growth as the practice expands Compensation: $22–28 per hour, based on experience How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief cover note to clinic@mperio.ca with the position title in the subject line or reply directly to this job posting.
