*Overview* Mountain View Optometry is searching for someone to assist us in providing comprehensive eye care to the village of Nakusp. The ideal candidate would be interested in working approximately 2 days/week with increasing job responsibilities as their knowledge and experience grows. *Responsibilities* * Reception: taking payments, and running insurance * Patient care: pre-testing, assisting the optometrist with exams, and data entry * Optical sales: lens measurements, frame adjustments, and providing product information *Qualifications* * At least 5 years experience working in customer or health service * Previous experience in medical or optical setting is preferred * Commitment to maintaining a respectful work environment and exceptional customer service * Interest in continuing education * Ability to multi-task while maintaining high attention to detail Interested applicants should apply with a resume and cover letter Pay: From $25.00 per hour Benefits: * Vision care Work Location: In person
