Oak Medical Arts is seeking a *Registered Kinesiologist* to join our growing Sports Medicine Clinic team in a *full-time employee position*. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients in a collaborative rehabilitation environment and wants to help build kinesiology services within an established multidisciplinary clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting treatment plans developed by physiotherapists and chiropractors, helping guide patients through prescribed exercise programs, modalities, and progression of care between regular provider appointments. Experience is an asset, but not required. Supervision and training into the role will be provided on the job. *Clinical Responsibilities* * Deliver kinesiology services within scope of practice * Support physiotherapy and chiropractic treatment plans through continuation of care * Guide patients through prescribed exercise programs and rehabilitation plans * Work hands-on with patients in a supportive treatment environment * Apply clinic modalities including: Ultrasound, IFC and other appropriate kinesiology modalities within scope * Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other providers * Help grow kinesiology services and patient caseload over time *Clinic Support Responsibilities* During periods when not seeing patients, this role will also be an important member of the Sports Medicine Clinic support team by assisting with: * booking appointments * greeting patients * payment processing * answering phones * cleaning and tidying treatment rooms * supporting day-to-day clinic flow * general administrative support This blended role is intentional while kinesiology services continue to grow, with the goal of the clinical portion becoming the majority of the role over time.
