Oulton College is seeking passionate Dental Hygienists to join our team as Clinical Instructors. This role is focused exclusively on mentoring and supervising students in a clinical setting - no classroom teaching required. As a Clinical Dental Hygiene Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting students as they develop hands-on clinical skills and professional confidence. This position allows you to share your real-world expertise while maintaining flexibility and balance alongside clinical practice or other commitments. You’ll work in a collaborative, supportive environment alongside experienced Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Dentists who are dedicated to high-quality education and patient care. This role is ideal for Dental Hygienists who are looking for: Flexible scheduling options (daytime or evening) A rewarding way to mentor future professionals A break from productivity pressures in private practice All holidays off, including 2 weeks at Christmas, and 1 week of March Break, plus more. Reduced physical demands compared to chair side care Meaningful, community-focused work Requirements Diploma in Dental Hygiene Current (or eligible) Dental Hygienist license in New Brunswick Minimum of 3 years of Dental Hygiene experience Benefits Competitive wage rate License fee reimbursement (prorated based on weeks worked) Scrub allowance 5 weeks of paid vacation (2 weeks at Christmas, 1 week March Break, plus 2 more) Flexible scheduling options: full-time Significant career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment

Exigences

Candidates must hold a Diploma in Dental Hygiene and a current or eligible license in New Brunswick. A minimum of 3 years of professional dental hygiene experience is required.
