*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Physio Health Care. In this role, you will assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), WSIB, and IFHP cases. You will develop individualized treatment plans to help patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve their quality of life. You will work alongside Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Massage Therapists, and Acupuncturists in a collaborative clinical environment committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. *Responsibilities* * Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients? physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities. * Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and patient goals. * Deliver targeted physiotherapy interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound or electrotherapy. * Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes. * Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and post-treatment care. * Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. * Assess and treat patients with orthopedic, sports, MVA, WSIB and IFHP conditions. * Collaborate with Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Massage Therapists and Acupuncturists to provide comprehensive patient care. *Qualifications* * Valid registration as a Physiotherapist with the appropriate licensing body. * Experience providing physiotherapy services in pediatric populations is highly desirable. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to clinical practice. * Demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members. * Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO). * Experience in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation is an asset. * Experience with MVA, WSIB and IFHP patients is an asset. * Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinic.
