Job Title: Physiotherapist Location: Sherwood Park, Alberta Job Type: Contract Role About the Role A growing multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Sherwood Park, Alberta is seeking a Physiotherapist to provide patient-focused care in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and mobility-related conditions. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy, dry needling, taping, and shockwave therapy. Support patients with sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and injury prevention. Educate patients on rehabilitation, home exercises, posture, and long-term wellness. Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, massage therapists, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals. Maintain accurate patient records and follow Alberta regulatory and professional standards. Requirements Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution or recognized international equivalent. Eligible for/registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta. Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, rehabilitation, and evidence-based physiotherapy. Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
