Having already expanded our commitment to digital care and patient accessibility, Sanavie is looking for a Telehealth Nurse to help build a more connected and patient-centered healthcare experience. In this role, you’ll combine clinical expertise with virtual care delivery, ensuring that patients receive timely, accurate, and compassionate support. The Telehealth Nurse will play a key role in enhancing access to healthcare, guiding patients through treatment decisions, and supporting both preventive and ongoing care. Key Responsibilities * Conduct assessments of patient symptoms over the phone. * Provide advice, implement treatments, and escalate complex cases to physicians or nurse practitioners when necessary. * Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-ups as required. * Encourage preventive care and educate patients to avoid escalation of minor issues. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with legal and company standards. * Respond to patient questions about treatments, medications, and ongoing care. * Stay current with medical knowledge to provide accurate virtual diagnoses and recommendations. QUALIFICATIONS * Nursing diploma or degree; active license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. * 2+ years of clinical experience, with preference for prior telehealth, triage, or outpatient experience. * Strong knowledge of patient assessment and clinical decision-making. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to provide empathetic care remotely. * Experience with electronic medical records, and digital tools. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work in both French and English (oral and written).
