Learn more about us: hellosupernatural.com or @hello_supernatural About the Role The IV Nurse plays a central role in delivering our vitamin drips, nutrient injections, and therapeutic wellness protocols. You’ll combine strong clinical skills with warm, client-focused education to help guests understand the benefits of our treatments - and ensure every visit delivers meaningful results. Your success in this role will help build long-term client relationships, support retention, and contribute to the overall growth of our flagship location. What You’ll Do Administer IV vitamin therapy and nutrient booster injections safely and effectively both in clinic and mobile as part of concierge team Educate clients on treatment benefits, protocols, and wellness pathways Create an elevated guest experience rooted in trust, comfort, and clinical excellence Support the achievement of individual and clinic-wide goals Perform off-site or concierge IV sessions as needed Collaborate with our wider clinical and wellness team to deliver integrated care Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all medical safety standards What We’re Looking For Registered Nurse (or equivalent medical credential) with IV insertion proficiency 1–2+ years of experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, or related clinical environments Strong comfort and expertise with IV therapy (required) A background or interest in functional medicine, integrative health, or biohacking (bonus) Experience with cosmetic injections is an asset, not required Warm, professional bedside manner with excellent communication skills Weekend and occasional evening availability Confident working in both-clinic and concierge settings Proven ability to meet performance targets and deliver exceptional client outcomes Why Join Supernatural? The IV Nurse administers vitamin drips and nutrient injections both in-clinic and via a concierge mobile service. They are responsible for educating clients on wellness protocols and maintaining high clinical safety standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with IV insertion proficiency and 1-2+ years of experience in medical aesthetics or wellness. A background in functional medicine or cosmetic injections is considered an asset.
