Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a leadership role as the Centre Supervisor. Requirements: * Not a student * Does not require sponsorship * Degree in Early Childhood Education * Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators (RECE) * 10+ years of experience working in a childcare setting * Strong demonstrated ECE knowledge * Knowledge of developing and implementing age-appropriate activities for children from infant to kindergarten age * Teamwork Skills * Communication skills, ability to express self well, confident * Mentoring/Coaching ? the ability to give feedback constructively * Interpersonal skills ? can interact with others in an encouraging way and can work in a team * Organizational skills ? very detailed, has methods to stay organized Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * On-site parking Education: * DCS / DEC (preferred) Work Location: In person
