What you will be doing: * Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner. * Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries. * Schedule and confirm patient appointments. * Check patients in and out and update patient information. * Process referrals, forms, prescriptions, and medical records. * Assist with billing and other administrative duties as required. * Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. * Support physicians and clinic staff with daily administrative tasks. * Keep the reception and clinic areas organized. * Perform other duties as required to support efficient clinic operations. You have: * Medical Office Assistant certificate or relevant experience preferred. * Previous medical clinic experience is an asset. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Professional, reliable, and patient-focused. * Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems is an asset.
