September 16, 2026 GROVES MEMORIAL COMMUNITY HOSPITAL POSTING #2026-211 REGISTERED NURSE - MEDICINE (TEMPORARY FULL TIME) One (1) temporary full time Registered Nurse position is available in the Medicine department at Groves Memorial Community Hospital. QUALIFICATIONS: Current College of Nurses certificate of competence Current certificate in BCLS & ACLS* Certified to start IV’s and give IV meds* Defibrillation and Cardiac pacing certification required* Coronary Care Course or equivalent* CVADS (Central Venous Access Devices) and 12 lead ECG preferred Recent experience in medical nursing including palliative care Well developed assessment skills necessary Commitment to serve in capacity of charge nurse Satisfactory performance and attendance required Satisfactory Reference Checks required prior to start date Must provide a Police Vulnerable Sector Check Must complete a Pre-Employment Health Assessment prior to being hired *will consider applicant’s firm commitment to complete these certifications within a specific agreed upon time period.
