Résumé du poste
A new kind of NP role Wholehealth Pharmacy Partners is a national independent pharmacy banner, supporting over 300 pharmacies from coast to coast. From our Markham head office, we design and scale innovative clinical programs that focus on improving patient outcomes in every province, in collaboration with long-standing partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies and academic institutions. We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner to join our head office clinical team and be an integral component in building the next generation of pharmacy-integrated care. Why this role is different Most NP roles focus your impact on the patients in front of you. This role adds a second layer: the programs, tools, and clinical standards that shape care for patients across Wholehealth pharmacies in Canada. While still caring for patients virtually, you will also work collaboratively with our innovative head office team to design the model that hundreds of pharmacy teams work within. If you have ever wanted to combine hands-on care with system-level influence, this is that role. What you'll do Deliver virtual patient consultations at full NP scope, including chronic disease management and preventive care Launch scalable clinical programs alongside our pharmacists, pharma partners, and digital product team Use data to identify care gaps, highlight eligible patients at highest risk, and measure program impact in real time Contribute to real-world evidence studies and adherence initiatives that inform how patient care is delivered nationally Act as the clinical NP voice in cross-functional work with pharma partners on education, adherence, and outcomes programs Help set the standard for NP and pharmacist collaborative practice in a virtual-first model What we're looking for Registered Nurse in the Extended Class in Ontario, in good standing with the CNO (NP-Primary Health Care, NP-Adult) Strong clinical judgment and confidence practicing autonomously at full scope, including prescribing Genuine interest in population health, chronic disease, and preventive care Excellent communication and knowledge-translation skills, comfortable engaging patients, pharmacists, and industry partners Comfort with digital tools and AI platforms Curiosity about how pharmacy fits into primary care, and openness to a non-traditional NP role Cross-jurisdictional licensing (registration in additional provinces or territories) is an asset Experience with program design, quality improvement, virtual care, or research is an asset, not a requirement What you'll gain The chance to shape care delivered across our national network Direct collaboration with leading pharmaceutical companies and academic institutions on clinical programs, education, and research Opportunities to co-author real-world evidence publications and contribute to peer-reviewed work A platform to build your profile as a thought leader, including speaking and presenting at national pharmacy, primary care, and industry conferences Exposure to how pharmacies, pharma, and digital health operate in Canada, with a seat at the table where clinical practice, technology, and partnerships meet A supportive and dynamic head office team of pharmacists and program leads Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, benefits, and professional development support If you are interested in a dynamic, innovative, and unique role, this is the place for you!
