Dental Assistant — Level II Town Centre Dental | Part-Time (Alternating Fridays & Saturdays) | Starting at $28/hour About the Opportunity Our Town Centre clinic is looking for an experienced Level II Dental Assistant to join a close-knit team that has worked together for years. This is a part-time position on an alternating weekend schedule: every other Friday and every other Saturday (if you work the Friday, you have the Saturday off, and vice versa). Saturday coverage is our immediate priority, and we are open to candidates available for Saturdays only. The practice is a general dentistry office with a steady — and growing — patient flow. You'll assist our lead dentist on Fridays and our incoming associate dentist on Saturdays. As the schedule builds, there is genuine room for additional hours and growth for the right person. What You'll Be Doing Chairside assisting for a full range of general dentistry procedures — restorative, hygiene support, extractions, crown and bridge, and routine exams Level II duties including intra-oral procedures within your scope of practice Preparing operatories, sterilizing and maintaining instruments, and managing infection-control protocols Taking radiographs and intra-oral photos, and keeping accurate chart notes Greeting and settling patients, explaining next steps, and keeping the day running on time Pitching in wherever the day requires — this is a small weekend team and everyone helps out What We're Looking For Level II Dental Assistant certification (HARP certification an asset) and current registration in good standing Solid hands-on experience — this role runs on weekends with a lean team, so you'll need to be confident working independently A genuinely friendly, positive presence with patients and colleagues A team-player mindset: flexible, dependable, and willing to jump in without being asked Reliable availability for the alternating Friday/Saturday schedule Why You'll Like Working Here A stable, long-tenured team that genuinely gets along — new people are welcomed, not tested A lead dentist who supports his team and wants to see people grow Steady, well-paced days rather than a chaotic schedule Room to grow: as the practice builds, additional hours are available for those who want them Starting at $28/hour, with compensation reviewed based on experience The Details Location: Town Centre clinic Schedule: Every other Friday and every other Saturday (alternating). Saturday-only candidates will be considered. Start date: Saturday, September 12 Compensation: Starting at $28/hour, based on experience How to Apply Send us your resume and a short note about your Level II experience. HP#01
